Charles Cousin is Bellamare's President. He participates in the design of all subsea enclosures, using CAD modeling, drafting, and mechanical analysis tools. Charles also manages manufacturing and is responsible for final assembly of the company's products.

Charles started his career designing manned submersibles and now focuses his activities helping scientists and oceanographers developed custom oceanographic instruments.
He holds a Master of Science in Engineering in Naval Arcitecture and Marine Engineering from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor and is an alumnus of the Florida Institute of Technology, Melbourne.
